So one point about this slate, everyone on this slate has a strong matchup, these are two teams that play at an elevated pace and are not too much into defense. So matchup will not factor into plays. Basically this slate comes down to figuring out what the hell the New York Liberty are doing??? Below are WNBA DFS picks for tonight’s showdown/single-game slate on DraftKings and FanDuel.

New York Liberty Guards
The New York Liberty are not making the playoffs, their season is over. The smart and intelligent move now would be for them to play their younger players to see them improve to see and see what they have. So if you think the Liberty are smart (there is a lot of evidence they are not). Then Kia Nurse is a strong play she got over 30 minutes last game too, she has shot poorly recently and her price has come down some she is the safest Liberty play.
Asa Durr is the player the Liberty SHOULD be playing 25 minutes a game now for the end of the year, she got 20 minutes last game. So hopefully that is omen I paticularly like Durr on DraftKings were her price is down. Marine Johannes is the min on FanDuel and has gotten 15 minutes the last two games she is a strong punt there.
New York Liberty Forwards
The question in this slate is what is wrong with Amanada Zahuii she puts up 40 points in two games leaves for Europe and now cannot get over 22 minutes. A lot of her minutes issues has been due to foul trouble, but some of it has been to poor play as well. Again I like her in this spot, I hope she is low owned. This would seem to be a get right spot. Tina Charles is obviously the strongest play for the Liberty, on FanDuel Charles is interesting fade since I think she is 50% plus there and you could run maybe a Nurse/Zahuii stack as a pivot. Rashanda Gray could get some extra money and she is 500 above the min on FanDuel.
Chicago Sky Guards
Courtney VanderSloot and Diamond DeShields are the strongest guard plays on this slate. My lean is DeShields since the game is at home against an inferior team as she tends to stat hunt at times. Allie Quigley’s price is down on FanDuel and at 8k she is a very strong play there. If you are looking for a punt Jameirra Faulkner is the min on FanDuel she has taken over the back up point guard duties getting 10 minutes the last two games.
Chicago Sky Forwards
Stefanie Dolson keeps smashing, however the minutes have not really spiked and her price is up. On FanDuel I prefer getting to the Chicago guards or Charles at her price range. Janteal Lavender’s minutes are over the place, and the 11 minutes last game is concerning as the coach seems to give her a quick hook, but I like here as a pivot off a chalky Dolson. Cheyenne Parker is an ownership play if she is going to be highly owned you really do not want to play her, but if Parker is low owned this is really the perfect spot to play her.
