WNBA DFS Picks: Here we go: the penultimate WNBA finals. Again with the Finals, teams are mainly going to play their stars, so expect little to minimal bench use. That being said, I actually think we might see a blowout or two in one of these games, so do not be afraid to play that narrative.

Washington Mystics Guards
Kristi Toliver’s minutes restriction has been lifted and her price has yet to reflect that, so she is a strong play on both sites. On DraftKings, it is hard to get off Toliver. On FanDuel, the fade is more viable. Natasha Cloud, for whatever reason, people do not like to play starting point guards that are locked into 30 minutes, but she is a strong play. Ariel Atkins is interesting as the last two games, she has lost confidence and confidence in the coach. I actually think she gets some run here as the coach and team try to boost her up. Additionally, Atkins price is down, so I like her a lot here.
Washington Mystic Forwards
Elena Delle Donne is the best player on the best team and she is also the best play. On DraftKings, I would just lock her. On FanDuel, the fade is more viable due to her extreme price. Emma Meesseman came off the bench last game as Toliver got the start, and she still smashed. But her not starting is going to reduce her minutes and she is priced up. LaToya Sanders is too cheap on DraftKings and she had foul trouble last game which effected her minutes. Do not be afraid to play her, Aerial Powers is always a strong GPP play if she gets hot.
Connecticut Sun Guards
Courtney Williams has been on the war path recently and has been smashing. She is hard to get to on FanDuel where she is priced over Jones and close to Thomas. Jasmine Thomas is a strong play as well though I do not love it here. I am lower on the Sun guards, the Mystics defense is no joke. Shekinna Stricklen is going to play 30 minutes and her price on FanDuel is a joke, so just play her there. On DraftKings, it is hard to get off of her.
If you want a crazy low-owned GPP play, Layshia Clarendon was injured three months ago and needed an ankle surgery. Well, Clarendon is now practicing with the team and it sounds like she will play in the series, so I would not expect more than 10 to 15 minutes. But of all the minimum-priced players, she has by far the greatest upside.
Connecticut Sun Forwards
This is basically Jonquel Jones and Alyssa Thomas. Thomas is not coming out of games unless they blow out. Also, Thomas’s usage has spiked recently. I still think Jones has a larger ceiling, but based on matchup, I think I lean Thomas. If you think Jones gets in foul trouble, Brionna Jones is an interesting GPP play.
