The following Spotlight Stacks & Hitters were selected by Awesemo.com’s Director of Content Josh Engleman.

Red Sox (#1 DraftKings / #2 FanDuel)

  • Mookie Betts
  • J.D. Martinez
  • Steve Pearce
  • Xander Bogaerts

And, we’re back! It’s always a good feeling to grab some Red Sox against a generic lefty. It’s going to be expensive, but I’m finding it hard to avoid some of these guys. I’m mostly avoiding Benintendi/Holt, just because of the L/L matchup. Eduardo Nunez is a good guy to use if you want to bring the cost down. Luckily, only Trevor Bauer has an outlandish pitching salary, so you should be able to fit in the Red Sox easily.

Indians (#3 DraftKings / #1 FanDuel)

  • Francisco Lindor
  • Jose Ramirez
  • Edwin Encarnacion
  • Brandon Guyer

If you want to skip the Red Sox, the Indians are a solid alternative. Cleveland has the highest implied total, by far, thanks to a tasty matchup with Martin Perez. Similar to the Red Sox, the first three guys in the list grade out incredibly well. Brandon Guyer is minimum salary on FanDuel, so he’s naturally a good option. I’m happy to stack up Roberto Perez on DraftKings. I won‘t have much Yonder Alonso, Erik Gonzalez or Rajai Davis, though. I’m focusing my exposure on the guys I listed.

Mariners (#2 DraftKings / #4 FanDuel)

  • Dee Gordon
  • Mitch Haniger
  • Nelson Cruz
  • Kyle Seager

Here we go again! As per usual, I’ll be stacking up against James Shields. Jean Segura would be the next guy listed, but just missed the cut. I’ll still be using him quite a bit. Denard Span is a bit more useful on FanDuel than DraftKings due to price. After that, I’m not super interested in the bottom of the order. With 14 games on the slate, it’s harder to make the cut for me.
