Miles Johns | DraftKings: $8,900, FanDuel: $20
Johns formerly competed for the Legacy Fighting Alliance, where he was the LFA bantamweight champion. Coming into this fight, Johns will look to continue his winning momentum after his impressive knockout win over Kevin Natividad in October. In this fight, Johns will be facing Anderson dos Santos. While there may be some threat of dos Santos’s ground attack corralling Johns in the octagon, Johns can neutralize it. Awesemo’s UFC DFS projections give 66% win odds.
Song Yadong | DraftKings: $8,000, FanDuel: $13
Yadong is an extremely powerful fighter and has excellent timing. He often will press forward and draw out his opponent attacks while looking to land heavy combinations. If Yadong can bring heavy pressure early and make Casey Kenney gas himself out, then I expect Yadong’s speed and power could finish Kenney in the later rounds. This fight is one of the closest of the night, as both fighters are well matched. However, the key for Yadong is to wear on Kenney early, which could cause stamina problems for Kenney and leave himself open for Yadong’s power attacks. Awesemo’s UFC DFS projections give Yadong 47% win odds.

This is a risky value play, but one that could pay off big in DFS lineups. Osbourne is coming into this fight on an impressive knockout win over Jerome Rivera in February. In this fight, Osbourne will have two inches of height and four inches of reach advantage on Manel Kape. Osbourne has considerable potential in the UFC, however, he has not shown his potential against top-tier opponents. This could be the fight Osbourne breaks through and shows he can compete with higher-tier fighters. Awesemo’s UFC DFS projections give Osbourne 35% win odds.
