Rozenstruik is coming off a knockout loss to Francis Ngannou, I expect him to be rejuvenated, motivated and hungry to get back in the win column. He is a power striker and will be looking to land a big shot to Dos Santos’ suspect chin. Awesemo’s UFC DFS Fighter projections have Rozenstruik as the highest-projected fighter on the slate in the champion spot, with a 47% chance for a knockout.

Bruns is a Jiu-jitsu specialist, and with this fight being at the Apex and having the smaller ring, Bruns should be able to take Pineda down when he wants. Pineda is a tough fighter who likes getting his fights to the mat and is always looking for the submission finish. But in this fight, I expect Bruns to dominate the center of the cage, which will lead to Pineda being finished via submission. Awesemo’s projections gives Bruns 72% win odds.
Stipe Miocic | Multiplier 1.95
Miocic is probably one of the best counterpunchers in the Heavyweight division. He is a pressure fighter; he likes to stalk his opponents and push the pace. During their first meeting, Cormier finished the fight before the first round ended. In their second meeting, Miocic was able to adjust and land power body shots that finished Cormier. So, if Miocic can avoid the wrestling of Cormier, he should be able to make the proper adjustments and land heavy body shots. Miocic happens to be Awesemo’s third-highest projected fighter in the champion spot, 52% win odds.

O’Malley is a sneaky striker; he uses his shoulder faints and fakes extremely well. His overhand right will put his opponents to sleep. O’Malley has a huge arsenal and his spinning backfist is nasty and dangerous. He should be able to avoid Vera’s takedown attempts, although the smaller ring could help Vera. I expect O’Malley to be the better striker and landing more volume in this fight. Awesemo’s UFC DFS Fighter projections give O’Malley 72% win odds, with a 36% chance for a knockout.
TJ Brown | Multiplier 1.15
Brown is an aggressive striker and he is Currently on a four-fight win streak. He is a solid grappler; his submission game is dangerous, and his arm triangle is legit. Brown’s high volume and constant pressure could be more than Chavez can withstand. I expect Brown to push the pace, while looking for single and double legs to get Chavez to the mat. Brown earned himself a UFC contract, by shocking Dylan Lockard on “Contender Series.” Awesemo’s projections give Brown 58% win odds.
Merab Dvalishvili | Multiplier 1.10
Dvalishvili is an aggressive wrestler. He is nonstop, he sets an unbelievable pace and his cardio is on point. Dvalishvili could be considered one of, if not, the best takedown artist in the bantamweight division. He has recorded at least 12 takedowns in each of his last two fights. In this fight, Dvalishvili will be the aggressor pushing the pace, while looking to shoot and secure top control. He has a 68% win odds, according to Awesemo’s fighter projections.
