On this NBA Saturday, there are seven games on the schedule. Heading down the homestretch of the season, we are seeing a number of players sitting out a bit more often than they typically would, which leads to a bit more difficulty creating DFS basketball lineups. If you want to get in on the NBA DFS action without creating lineups, PrizePicks has your back.
PrizePicks combines the fun of fantasy sports and sports betting by offering users a large number of props to pick over or under for. The optimal way to win prop bets is by utilizing the Awesemo PrizePicks NBA projections to find the biggest discrepancy between the prop and the tool itself. Scottie Barnes: Over 1.5 Blocks + Steals
Rookie Scottie Barnes has been great for the Raptors this season. He has also been a solid contributor on the defensive end, which can sometimes be a struggle for rookies. In terms of stats, he is averaging 1.2 steals and 0.8 blocks per game. He is coming off a game in which he totaled two blocks and five steals. Overall, he has been more productive in these defensive stats since the All-Star Break, averaging 1.9 steals and 0.9 blocks per game in these past nine games.
Look for the trend to continue against the Nuggets tonight. Awesemo’s projections have Barnes listed for 2.04 combined blocks and steals tonight, going over this NBA PrizePicks prop.
Isaiah Jackson: Over 11.5 Points
The Pacers are going to be shorthanded tonight, with many players listed out. This gives Isaiah Jackson the opportunity for more minutes, and he has proven himself to be productive with extended playing time. Due to players being out, Jackson is projected to play over 23 minutes tonight. Jackson has scored 11 or more points in each of the past five games he played over 20 minutes, and Jackson was under the 11.5-point mark just once in that stretch.
Look for the rookie to be productive once again tonight. The Awesemo NBA Player Props Tool projects Jackson for 13.06 points tonight, easily going over this NBA PrizePicks prop.

Bobby Portis: Over 1.5 Blocks + Steals
Bobby Portis is a bit of a mad man. He is all energy and isn’t afraid to play aggressively. This leads to him adding to the defensive stat sheet in a hurry, despite him not being a great defender. He has totaled at least two combined blocks and steals in four of his past five games. Portis finished with a block and a steal in his lone matchup against the Warriors already this season. Given the Warriors feature a team of undersized post players, Portis should be able to get a block, and the opportunity for at least one steal is always there when you play as many minutes as he does.
Awesemo’s NBA projections have Portis listed for 1.7 combined blocks and steals, so the upside is there for the over on this PrizePicks prop.
