- Quick Notes: The 25-year-old from California has had a fantastic start to his young career and is already a multiple major winner. His first go-around Augusta National didn’t go all that well, coming in 44th, but he had a solid showing last year, coming in 18th, while slightly losing strokes putting. His putter woke up at the Match Play, as did his irons, as both had been struggling since the Genesis Invitational this year. It seems like he’s trending towards his first top-10 at Augusta.

- Quick Notes: After a solid start to the season with a bunch of top-10s and a near-miss at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, the last spot of golf hasn’t been as kind to Cantlay. Augusta also hasn’t been as kind to him since he put one in the water on 16 after holding the lead. He’s missed the cut twice and come in the top 10 once in the last four years.

- Quick Notes: It’s been a very odd few years for Schauffele, not winning a PGA Tour or major championship in some time. Although, he’s won the gold medal and had the low gross score at the 2020 Tour Championship. He’s had some solid chances here at the Masters, however, with two top-fives in his four trips, making the cut each year.

- Quick Notes: During the height of his powers, Koepka would compete at any major on any course. He had his best chance to win this event in 2019, but the 12th hole got the better of him on Sunday, which ultimately led to Tiger Woods putting on the green jacket for his fifth time. He’s playing decent golf this year and recently with a couple of top finishes over the last few weeks.

- Quick Notes: A really poor spot of form for Johnson since his win at the 2020 Masters, his last win on tour. Crazy to say, after so many years with a victory on the PGA Tour. The streak didn’t end last year as the 2020 Masters win counted for last FedEx Cup season, but it’s the first drought of over a year without a win in quite some time. He’s been playing better lately, though, with two top-10s in his last three starts.
