It is not often that there are zero elite teams on an LPL two gamer, but that’s the case tonight. One team will finally get its first win, and each series is getting a breakdown down mixed with some LoL DFS picks below.
Victory Five (V5) vs. Rogue Warriors (RW)
Oh My God (OMG) vs. ThunderTalk Gaming (TT)

LoL DFS Picks: DraftKings LPL Slate Breakdown
Once again V5 finds themselves in a battle against another winless team, but tonight is the battle to not be the last team to get a series win. Both of these teams are the bottom two teams in the LPL in kills per game, but seeing as one of the needs to win here, alongside this being a two-game slate, one of these teams will be LoL DFS relevant, and pzx is at the top with an 81% kill participation (KP) this split.
Each team in this series is 0-5 with a 1-10 game score. RW beat UP, while V5 beat JDG, but in the bigger picture it’s difficult to gleam anything from either win. Ownership is probably going to be a big takeaway when building lineups as in a close series like this, getting on the opposite side of ownership, especially if it’s a big difference, is an intriguing strategy.

OH MY GOD
Entering this series off a loss to BLG, OMG theoretically gets an easier assignment against TT tonight. If OMG plays like they have in their wins, a clean 2-0 is not out of the picture, but OMG isn’t quite at the level to be a sloppy team while also walking over opponents. As the plus side of this series, OMG will garner plenty of interest on the LoL DFS side, with Creme having a winnable lane matchup against Ye tonight.
Showing signs of life in their last two series, including a clean 2-0 over bottom dwelling V5, TT gets a shot at a team that’s likely not elite, but has found good early season form up to this point. From a LoL DFS perspective, TT is a team many players might overlook, as the form of OMG is quite solid, but TT’s early season schedule hasn’t been kind, and the win over V5 can possibly create some momentum.
JNG – icecoKe. Undoubtedly this series will be the one where LoL DFS players roster players from this series the most this split, as neither team is particularly strong. Even though he’s not as volatile as Haro, he’s very involved in the few kills his team does get, and should he get the edge over pzx, he’ll be a solid LoL DFS pick on this two series slate.
Favorite Contrarian Pick
JNG – Xiaopeng. He’s the heart of this TT squad, while also leading his team in KP early in the split, creating a player who is always an interesting LoL DFS option.
