NBA Daily Fantasy Rankings & Big Board Projections

Paul George, SF, Los Angeles Clippers

DraftKings Points Rating: 99 | FanDuel Points Rating: 99

Giannis Antetokounmpo is available on Sunday’s slate, and he owns the top raw points projections on both DraftKings and FanDuel. That said, George is projected in the same ballpark, and he’s significantly cheaper across the industry. That makes him arguably the better value.

George has been asked to take on a larger offensive role with Kawhi Leonard sidelined this season. He’s increased his usage rate to a career-high 34.2%, and he’s also posted a higher assist and rebound rate than he did last season. Overall, his average of 1.50 DraftKings points per minute trails only Antetokounmpo’s average of 1.75 on Sunday’s slate.

The Clippers also take the court in an awesome spot vs. the Hornets. They rank dead-last in defensive efficiency to start the year, and the Clippers’ implied team total of 115.25 ranks second on the slate.

George also stands out using the Boom/Bust Probability Tool. He’s currently projected for just 17% ownership on FanDuel, but he has a greater than 30% chance to be in the optimal lineup. That gives him the top leverage score on FanDuel. He’s projected for a bit more ownership on DraftKings, but he still owns the second-highest leverage score there.

Ivica Zubac, C, Los Angeles Clippers

DraftKings Value Rating: 97 | FanDuel Value Rating: 98

Sticking with the Clippers, Zubac stands out as one of the best values across the industry on Sunday. He’s been productive when on the floor this season, averaging 0.94 DraftKings points per minute, but his playing time has been sporadic to start the year. That said, he’s played at least 30.9 minutes in back-to-back games, so he’s clearly underpriced if he’s going to see that much playing time.

Zubac stands out as an elite target in the prop market as well. The Awesemo Player Prop tool gives him a 75% chance of hitting the over on his scoring prop, making it one of the most profitable wagers of the day.

Latest NBA DFS Content

Derrick Rose, PG/SG, New York Knicks

DraftKings Value Rating: 97 | FanDuel Value Rating: 96

Rose is another excellent source of value on Sunday. The Knicks will be without Kemba Walker, who will get the night off for rest. That means Rose could move into the starting lineup, and he can do some damage with additional playing time. Rose has averaged 1.07 DraftKings points per minute this season, which is an elite mark for someone in this price range. Rose played a season-high 30.4 minutes in his last game, and he responded with 44.0 DraftKings points.
