Odds boosts are exactly that: Promotions from sportsbooks where they move tin your favor on certain bets. Many of them are prop bets, hoping you’ll put a few dollars on someone to hit a home run or a certain team to score a certain number of goals and still win. Our job is to highlight some of those odds boosts and give you some NFL bets + picks to bet on, assuming it’s smart to buy into the NFL odds the sportsbooks are selling. We scour the internet trying to find the best odds boosts for you every day from every sport. Let’s delve into tonight’s matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants on Monday Night Football
This was a day of three very specific types of odds boosts, only two of which will feature in this post today. There were the Tom Brady-centric bets that focus on Brady throwing the ball a lot tonight against the Giants. There were the ones that focused on Mike Evans and Rob Gronkowski catching touchdown passes. And there were ones about Daniel Jones doing the bare minimum tied to the Giants covering the spread in tonight’s Monday Night Football game. The latter is just too implausible for me to suggest, so we’ll take a peek at Brady and Gronkowski instead for tonight’s matchup.

Monday Night Football NFL Bets: NFL Picks + Odds Boosts
NFL Picks: Tom Brady Throws 3+ Touchdown Passes (+300 BetMGM)
You can find this same bet on DraftKings for +235 odds, but MGM is offering the better odds on this bet. Brady has thrown for at least three touchdowns in three of Tampa Bay’s last five games, including last week’s four-score performance. The only times Brady hasn’t thrown for three or more scores in the last five weeks were against a fantastic Bears defense and when Tampa Bay’s defense stole the show against Green Bay. The Buccaneers’ defense might have a great day against Jones with turnovers, but it’s hard to rely on them to score like they did against the Packers.
After watching what Carson Wentz was able to do to this Giants defense last week, it makes it far easier to believe in Brady to dissect the New York secondary. Even though Chris Godwin is out, the combination of Evans and Gronkowski will still give Brady plenty of targets against the Giants. Tyler Johnson has also emerged as a red zone threat with a touchdown catch the last two weeks inside the 10-yard line. For an added Brady odds boost, PointsBet is offering +150 odds on Brady to throw for at least 275 yards and Tampa Bay to win.
NFL Picks: Rob Gronkowski Scores Touchdown & Buccaneers Win (+330 FanDuel)
I mentioned Gronkowski above, and we are starting to see the old version come out in Tampa Bay. He’s scored in each of the past two games as Brady has needed receivers to step up due to injury, and that will continue tonight with Godwin out. In both games he had eight targets — both season highs — and five catches, one shy of the six he had in Week 3 against Denver. We know the chemistry is there between quarterback and receiver, so Brady will have no qualms at trusting Gronkowski.
We have seen the Giants struggle in coverage against tight ends and running backs this season, and Gronkowski is one of the ultimate mismatches from the tight end position. New York’s defense has started to break down in recent weeks as the offense has struggled put the defense on the field more often. Godwin’s injury is a reprieve for the Giants defense, which will have more options for how to defend Gronkowski, but he’s still a matchup nightmare for cornerbacks.
For an added bonus, take a flyer on Gronkowski to score the first touchdown on DraftKings at +1320 odds.
