Monday Night Football Prop Bets: Expert Betting Picks & Predictions for Raiders vs. Chargers Tonight

The Las Vegas Raiders head into SoFi Stadium to battle the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football looking to retain first place in the AFC West. With the start of the NFL season, the Awesemo team has launched the NFL Player Props Tool, covering each of the major prop categories for each week throughout 2021. We will analyze all the odds at various sportsbooks to identify the best Week 4 NFL player props available based on the Tool’s projected values and odds of success. Below are three of the best NFL prop bets for tonight’s Raiders vs. Chargers Monday Night Football matchup.

Week 4 Monday Night Football NFL Player Prop Bets

Hunter Renfrow Under 4.5 Receptions (+100, DraftKings)

Hunter Renfrow and the Raiders have found success in the receiving game, though the NFL Player Props Tool anticipates an uphill battle for him on Monday Night. With a player prop of 4.5 receptions, Awesemo gives the under a 66% expected win rate. Renfrow projects for 3.74 catches against the Raiders, and this bet has a 31% expected return on investment. Renfrow has registered 18.2% of the Raiders’ total receptions, with 5.33 catches per game. The Chargers defense has allowed 64 receptions on 92 pass attempts (69.6%), while Renfrow will likely draw assignment from Tevaughn Campbell in coverage, who has allowed just three receptions on seven targets. Getting the under on Renfrow’s reception total at even-money odds is more than fair value.

Austin Ekeler Under 56.5 Yards Rushing (-115, PointsBet)

Austin Ekeler is off to a solid start in the red zone yet has not exactly been racking up the yardage, and the props tool does not expect that to change against the Raiders. The NFL Player Props Tool gives the under a 61% expected win rate, projecting Ekeler for 54.66 yards rushing on 14.06 carries and an estimated 14% return on investment for the under. Ekeler is averaging 55.33 rushing yards on 11.66 carries per game and 4.75 yards per carry. The Raiders run defense has allowed 77.66 yards rushing per game and 4.4 yards per carry to opposing running backs. With all things considered, the under on Ekeler’s yardage at modest juice stands out.

Foster Moreau Over 7.5 Yards Receiving (-115, DraftKings)

It may not be the most invigorating Monday Night Football wager, but Foster Moreau has a strong opportunity on a meager prop line. Given a lowly player prop of 7.5 yards receiving, Moreau to go over has a 61% expected win rate, projecting for 12.9 yards receiving on 1.06 catches and an expected 13% return on investment. He is averaging one reception and 14 yards receiving per game, and Moreau has proven himself to be a steady option alongside Darren Waller. The Chargers are 28th in DVOA against tight ends this season, and with Moreau’s 55.6% involvement in Raiders team snaps, the odds sit well.
