Welcome to Wimbledon, which is widely regarded as the biggest tennis tournament of the year. Several players are entering this tournament with a few tune-up matches under their belt, while others will see their first action of the year. Draftkings is giving us a huge 28-match, $50,000-to-first contest! We have plenty of WTA and ATP players to choose from, so let’s dive right into DraftKings tennis DFS picks for Monday’s slate.

DraftKings Tennis DFS Picks | June 28
Tennis DFS Pick: Alex De Minaur ($8,400)
Opponent: Sebastian Korda
Opened at : -178
After a slow start to his 2021 grass-courts campaign, Alex De Minaur has been on an absolute tear, winning 8 of his last 10. His opponent, Sebastian Korda, is fairly new to this surface with just 6 career matches played on grass courts. Korda has shown some promise in the few matches he’s played thus far, but Minaur is a big step up in competition. I expect the in-form Minaur to have no problem winning this matchup in straight sets.
Tennis DFS Pick: Alison Riske ($8,100)
Opponent: Tereza Martincova
Odds to win: -178
Tereza Martincova has looked good against players outside of the top 100, excluding Jelena Ostapenko, but now she draws a matchup against Alison Riske, who has a decorated history on grass courts. Riske has had some tough tune-up matches, recently playing the #4 ranked Aryna Sabalenka, but should welcome the step down in competition. With 4 matches under her belt, Riske should start feeling more in her element, and I expect a tough 3-set match but one where Riske should come out on top.
Tennis DFS Pick: Liudmila Samsonova ($8,600)
Opponent: Kaia Kanepi
Odds to win: -164
Liudmila Samsonova has been on fire this year, winning all 7 of her matches on grass courts, with the majority of those matches coming in straight sets. It’s always tough winning a match on a new surface after a long layoff, and this is the exact position Kaia Kanepi finds herself in. Kanepi has been average, at best, on grass courts and tends to lose on this surface in straight sets. At this Draftkings price point, Samsonova is a steal and maybe even a starting point for your lineups.
Other plays: Karolina Pliskova, Iga Swiatek, Petra Kvitova
